Friends here is the manual for china phones touch screen repair. just take a multimeter and take its one point of touch pad point mostly all touch pads have 4 points X+X-Y+Y- X+ must show countinuty with X- and Y+ must show countinuty with Y- see in picture.

touch pads have two layers one X and other Y when we touch on the screen the x make resistence with Y and touch controler ic can detect that resistence. so it cam sence where we touched on screen.
